Double Jacket Fire Hose

Each length features two jackets of 100% polyester, rubber-lined material for added protection against cuts, rips and abrasion. It also has a burst pressure of 1,200 psi, an acceptance test pressure of 800 psi and a service test of 400 psi.

Double Jacket Rubber Covered

The ultimate hard wearing, hard performer, Brooks’ rubber covered fire hose is the choice of professionals’ nationwide. That’s because its abrasion-resistant, heat-free nitrite, synthetic one-piece cover and liner is impervious to water, oil, gas and most chemicals. It also has a burst pressure of 800 psi, an acceptance test pressure of 500 psi and a service test of 250 psi. Plus, it’s lightweight and virtually kink-resistant for easy handling. And, it never needs drying. Aluminum couplings only. Tested and coupled to NFPA 1961 standard.

Double Jacket Yellow Hypalon

For even more durability under pressure, Brooks’ yellow coated fire hose is a great choice. Constructed to the same specifications as our standard Double Jacket Hose, every section of Coated Hose is independently and completely impregnated with an abrasion-resistant, water-repellent polymer, for outstanding performance under tough conditions. These industrial-grade Brass Nozzles are precision machined to perform flawlessly-straight stream through full fog and shutoff. Satin brass finish. UL Listed for Class A and B fires and FM approved, except 114N (UL listed only).

Brass All-Fog Nozzles

Designed specifically for electrical fires (no straight stream), this industrial brass all-fog-nozzle is precision machined for optimum performance from shut off to 30° through 90° fog. Satin brass finish. UL listed for Class A, B and C (Electrical) fires. USA.

Brass Pin Rack Nozzles

The brass pin rack nozzles we sell are specifically made to clip into any standard hose rack unit, providing easy, economical protection at the business end of the fire hose. Precision-machined nozzles come standard with variable streams (shut off, straight stream and fog). Satin brass finish. UL listed for Class A and B fires only. FM approved. USA.

Playpipe Nozzles

Made just like they were in the old days, these Underwriter playpipes are constructed of cast brass with red marlin trim and a swivel handle. The discharge end is supplied with Underwriter’s thread (2 3/16″ ODM x 12 threads per inch) and the whole pipe is 30″ long. Inlet: 2 1/2″ NST with a standard 1 1/8″ discharge tip (1 3/4″ without tip).

Straight Stream Nozzles

Brooks’ brass straight stream nozzle comes with a 1/2″ discharge at the tip for powerful sprays that reach a long way, making this 1 1/2″ x 10″ nozzle ideal for industrial wash down. Satin brass finish.

Polycarbonate Nozzles

Brook’s high-impact polycarbonate nozzles are an economical alternative to the more expensive brass models with the same array of spray patterns – straight stream to fog. Ideal for locations where brass theft is a concern.
