When I shop prices for service, I look for Value vs cost. Sometimes cheaper isn’t always great value. In this case we got both. Pricing was very competitive and your Technician Adam gave us outstanding service. He took the time to understand our buildings, and he was extremely accommodating even through asking him to service several of our locations.

On his return trip to bring back several FE’s that needed servicing outside of inspection, he worked our clubhouse completely independent to reinstall all of them in our clubhouse like he’d been here 100 times. He then proceeded to ride along with me to install the rest of the ones in remote locations on the property.
